A cheeky artist has added their own unique touch to a town highlighting a number of potholes – by drawing bright yellow penises around them.
The vigilante graffiti artist, whose identity remains a secret, has drawn the penises in many shapes and sizes in what seems to be a call for action.
Pictures show clusters of potholes, each painted with fluorescent yellow phallus, in Haverhill, Suffolk.
Road engineers normally tend to circle for potholes which need filling with yellow paint, but it seems as though this culprit has done the job for them.
The artist has been applauded by many social media users with one saying: “Never been more proud to be from Haverhill.”
Another has requested the same action is done in their home town, saying: “We might need to do something similar to the awful potholes near us!”
According to another social media user, it seems the brazen prankster originally began his work in Wisbech, of Cambs.
